Kwara Govt Unveils Prototype of Six-Storey Court House Complex Project

… First of Its Kind in Africa, to Enhance Judicial Operations

The Kwara State Government, under the leadership of Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, CON, has unveiled the prototype of a Six-storey Court House Complex currently under construction at Ahmadu Bello Way, Ilorin.

The modern judicial facility will feature eight well-equipped courtrooms, offices, a conference hall, and a library, among other advanced amenities designed to improve the efficiency of the state’s judiciary.

Conceived by Governor AbdulRazaq, the project aligns with his vision to revamp and reposition every sector in the state, as well as the broader objective of the Nigeria Governors’ Forum (NGF) to enhance judicial services across the country.

Speaking at the handing-over event, Babatunde Sofola of Baron Architecture, representing the contractor Craneburg International, assured that the project would be executed according to contract terms and the highest construction standards.

The event was attended by principal officers from the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, representatives of the Kwara State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, and officials of Baron Architecture, among others.
