…APC chieftain says no nation rises above the quality of its teachers
Engr. Femi Sanni, popularly known as Araba, has joined the global community in celebrating teachers on the occasion of World Teachers Day.

In a statement released from his media office, Araba described teachers as the unsung heroes whose sacrifice, patience, and dedication shape every generation.
He noted that no nation can rise above the quality of its teachers, and no development can be sustained without a strong foundation in education.
Araba acknowledged the daily struggles of teachers across Kwara State and Nigeria, many of whom work under challenging conditions yet continue to give their best to their students.
He praised their resilience, their commitment to nurturing young minds, and their role in building the character of future leaders.
According to him, teaching is not just a profession. It is a calling, a service, and a legacy.
Araba reiterated his commitment to policies that prioritise teacher welfare, training, and professional development. He called on governments at all levels to invest more in education and ensure that teachers receive the respect, remuneration, and resources they deserve. He also urged parents and communities to support teachers and appreciate their efforts beyond the annual celebration.
Araba prayed for continued strength, wisdom, and favour for every teacher in Kwara and beyond.
He saluted their dedication and reminded them that their labour will never be in vain.
Happy Teachers Day to all educators. The future is built in your classrooms.
